This 2010 Paragon User Conference is being held in Baltimore Maryland at the Historic Venue and All-Suite Tremont Hotel. Please save these dates - September 11-14. The user conference will take place Monday September 13th and Tuesday, September 14th.

| General Accounting for Non-accounts: 2 Day Session:
This class is designed for the non-accountant in the office who is the primary Metalware contact. The class will give the student an understanding of general accounting principles and how they relate to Metalware, in addition to discussing the relationship between the Metalware modules and the Metalware general ledger system. This is a great class for those performing month end and who need to generate and understand the Metalware financial statements.

| IBM Query 400: 1 1/2 - 2 Day Session:
This class is designed to instruct students on how to utilize the IBM Query 400 software and to understand the concepts unique to Metalware. Students will perform 6-8 queries taken from customer requests, from basic query writing to creating more advanced queries. Students are also asked to bring 1-2 requests for specific information or a specific report from their company to be created during the 2nd half of the workshop.
