• Backup monitor through email alerts (if supported by software installed at client)
• RAC alerts and hardware alerts on servers (if supported by hardware at client)
• Priority response for non-maintenance issues

The amount of monthly service is largely dictated by the number of servers and clients that require servicing. However, we can customize a preventative maintenance solution that best fits your needs and your budget.

Even with the proper preventative maintenance drives, memory chips, etc. still fail. For those situations we will provide superior support on an as needed basis at a discounted price for those customers on our preventative maintenance service.
